The most useful thing you can send us is a correction. If a fact, a temperature, or a stated spec on the site doesn’t match the source, tell us — we’ll check it against the reference or the product listing and, if you’re right, fix it and say that we did.
We also welcome gear suggestions for our roundups and questions about our methodology or funding. We can’t troubleshoot your specific cook in real time or make food-safety rulings — for safe handling and doneness, follow USDA food-safety guidance and, when in doubt, a reliable thermometer.
